If you made top most worst companies in the world, transdyne will definitely occupies top place.....One of the bloody stupid I don't remember words to describe this company....please don't spoil your life by joining this bloody company....

Doesn't matter what ever we sign while joining the Company. Everyone wants to start somewhere or the other and joins the Company to achieve something in life. But as i know they(Transdyne) can't do anything legally with that Bond. We have to be strong and give left and right to those Admin bastards.

plz help me out to come out of company as i left my originals there ...lik me my superiors are also suffering ..as i could not handle that much pressure ever i left organisation but my originals are there only

My opinion about TransDyne is it is surely one of the best companies to work with. They manage get the best out of you and turn you into a performer. They do insist on an assured tenure and since they provide a free training which also comes with a stipend, I dont see anything wrong with them asking for a contract.
All the rules and regulation are made very clear to the candidates before them joining the organization but some candidates (like SK)just do not get it and they whine about being taken for a ride.
If anyone wants growth and stability in their career then TransDyne is the place to be in. If you want easy life...like no work and only fun and gossips then dont even think of joining TransDyne as such people will not be able to survive there.

This is another fraudulant company in A.P , INDIA. They wont pay as they mentioned while joining the company .. For every question that employee raises, they have only one answer "BOND" which they make employee to sign at joining time...The bond will always be one sided (Company sided).. And they keep threatening employees with the bond and the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES of the employee which they hold....If you take a leave for one day they cut 500Rs(out of Rs3000 which they give you as a salary) They never care for Employee and his/her family....
Some times they pay only half the salary and will say that your performance is not good. They take BOND for Two and half years 6 months training.
Though they say training for first 6 months, they will only train for 3 months and they will start make you work for them...You will never end coming out of the company in 2 and half years .. They will not release your certificatees and BOND for a a minimum of 4 years. because your actual 2 and half years period will never start after training...They will see it will take atlease a year ...Frequently, they conduct exams , and always keep saying ur performance is not good and threat you for demotion ....
After all this HARASSMENT, if you decide to leave, then the real story begins ... They will hold your CERTIFICATES , and will demand you to pay nearly
ONE LAKH Rupees.. and threat you saying that you have signed the BOND and you should read the BOND carefully while joining ..There are hundreds of employees(with Families and Children) in Hyderabad and vijayawada who are in Dilemma to decide how to handle this situation....
This is LITERAL BONDED LABOR ... NEVER get FOOLED with this kind of Companies...
I think they are not aware that BONDED LABOR is ABOLISHED in India , long time back .. and any body can take CRIMINAL CHARGES againest them ....
Hope this helps for any candidates who wants to persue their career with this so called "Prestigious" Organization....

Very false allegation made by this person. TransDyne is a work place which is giving good career oppurtunites to freshers. There are very few companies that entertain freshers and as we do not have a Medical Transcription Degree in India TransDyne takes in freshers from various educational backgrounds and train them and during the training period they pay stipend and will not take anything for training. So, they will be incurring good amount on each and every candidate that they hire to mould them into a Transcriptionist. What they in turn expect from the candidate is a minimum commitment of around 2.5 years including Tranining. After spending so much amount if any candidate is willing to leave the company within the commitment period it is very obvious that they expect some compensation and that will be mentioned in the contract itself and nothing to hide.

If you take leave it will only Loss Of Pay for that particular day and nothing as mentioned above.

Regarding paying only half salary in the above allegation, it is only when any person is performing very poorly during the training period and it happens to not even 1% trainees. If someone is not performing to their capability and still being paid full during training then it gives wrong signal to the hard working co-trainees that even escapists can benefit in TransDyne.

Regarding training period, the class room training will be for around 2 months and then on-job training, which will be around 2 months for good performers and for those who are not up to the mark their training may extend for another two months, which is for the betterment of the candidate and strong foundation. During on-job training whatever work is being done by the candidate will have to be done by two more levels so the work delivered during this period is not of great value for the company to pay for it in excess to stipend that is already being paid.

To avoid this misconception about the tenure of the contract now TransDyne has included the training as well in the Contract, i.e., if you take 6 months to complete the training because you are a bit slow, then the remaining contract period is only 2 more years and your 6 months training is also considered as Contract Term.

Regarding exams, they are only conducted to assess the standard of the candidate after the training and there is no other way the candidate has improved after the Training Program or not.

As mentioned above there is nothing called Bonded Labor and if someone wants money without learning anything and doing work then it is not the right place.
