Hai,

Soak Chiri Senagalu over night after cleaning them. Early morning, filter the soaking water in to a glass and mix the Honey in that water...

Sit on wooden table (Don't let down the legs, sit like u r in Asanam) to face East Side and have Soaked Senagalu with the Honey mixed Soaked Water till 90days...

Brahmacharayam is Compsulsory...
