Murthy received his law degree. He stood in front of the senior lawyer(alias Godey Satish) with humility. Then the senior lawyer gave him a valuable advice. He told Murthy to remember one important thing. He stressed that that was the only way to succeed in this world.
The senior lawyer spoke somberly, “The English man said that the early bird catches the worm. In other words, you have to wake up early if you want to catch the worm. The English man is not an ordinary man. He never says anything unless and until he has scrutinized its pros and cons thoroughly. He never does anything unless there is something in it for him. Therefore, you wake up early everyday, go to the court and have the doors opened. In the evening, wait until the court doors are closed and then go home. Make sure you are present in the court each and everyday. Prostitutes wait at the door. Foxes hang round the graveyards. The cranes linger by the shores. I know the similarity is not a pleasant one. Yet that is what we need to do. If you want to climb up the ladder, you will have to hang around the courts. You may play hooky, giving flimsy excuses—the cricket match at noon, a matinee in the afternoon, or some other errand, and so on. If you do that, I am telling you, you will not succeed as a lawyer. That is for sure, I am telling you from experience. Do you know what the term “court” means? It is a jungle. Do you know the Telugu word for hyena? dummulagondi. Hyena’s laughs sounds like that of humans. If you approach him, mistaking him for a human, he will eat you up alive. That is the way in the courts too. We have to entice the parties that come to the court. That is our job. What can we do but act like the hyena? We can’t blame him for eating up the man who approaches him. It is the man’s fault to go to the hyena. Are you listening? In fact, it is not only the hyena. There are other bigger animals as well. They maul us if we are not careful. Therefore, we have to be on guard all the time. If we are not, the parties eat us up. The truth is that is how the whole world moves. You and I cannot do anything about it. The English man had drafted the law in accordance with the principles of this stupid world. Never forget that he, the English man, handed down all these things to us—these courts, the law books, the law degrees, and the witness procedures. There so many courts for the parties to choose from. There are as many precedents for the judges to draw from based on a ruling the judges prefer to give. And there are just as many rascals in the country to get upon the witness stand and give their statements anyway you want them to. We are here to train the witnesses. Whether it is a criminal court or civil court, they are concerned with only the statements of the witnesses but not with truth. You can throw in all the sizzling terminology like ‘justice,’ ‘duty,’ and ‘truth.’ But remember that this is all just an illusion. That is the way the system is and we are acting within the purview of the system. That being the case, how can they call our action a sin? No, the sin will not touch us. If there is anything that can be called a ‘sin’ that goes to the judge who gives the ruling. The parties bear the expenses. The witnesses and the court clerks are entitled to bribes. We are entitled to our fees. That is the law the English man had laid for us. The officers take the apples and the people rake the leaves. The rules are the same whether it is our country or theirs. That is what he had taught us. Sweating is for the workers and profits for the owners. If anybody questions this rule and rebels, we have the courts to support us. And then there are jails. Without these things, there is no regime for the English man to call his. He is a great illusionist. Just imagine what a great magician he has to be! Look what he did. He came to our country, sold our own salt to us, and turned around and taunted us, ‘You ate my salt. How can you not be loyal to me?’ He’d gotten the courts and jailhouses built for us, and beautiful mansions for himself. And what did he do at the end? He suspected that the stupid laborers might seize power—like the way it had happened in other countries. He was afraid that it could turn into a total disaster. So, he handed over the regime to his fellow businessmen and disappeared quietly behind the curtains. What an amazing showmanship! What a magnificent performance!”
The senior lawyer finished his speech. He always goes into raptures when he recounts the merits of the English man. He speaks with his eyes half-closed and lost in a fit of reverie. If he were a woman, he would have run away with some English man long time ago.
Murthy was baffled. He did not realize until that moment that the crooks carried such a huge clout in this world and that there would be gentlemen who could go into raptures at the mere thought of those crooks.
The senior lawyer noticed it and said, “Don’t think I am being cynical. I just spoke the truth. Drop the veil and that is what you will find anywhere anytime. No confusion there.”…………………….. This story continues...
Smt Biruda Raja Ratnam was assured that corrupt judges will bail her out despite District Collector caught her with fake SC. Also, the senior lawyer told that public prosecutors are helping the fraud to cheat the nation more than any one in lakhs and crores. All the judgments will be bought at price. He ensured hired Police will scatter the relatives. Nothing will happen to her husband (a first wife murderer) sri Sarikonda Papa Raju, 3rd wife fake SC paper job holder, and daughter Sarikonda Vineela Bharathi's scholarship in BTech with fake parent certificate. All complaint letters, Dist Collector's reports& papers will be photo copied for his review before submitting to High Court. Corrupt judges are those who sign on the HC orders. They are admirer of corruption, but they preach no corruption/ eliminate corruption on public meeting when ever they are invited. None can challenge in India. WP3754/2012 is a perfect order to regulate salary... Many things were to told to family members that no one can ever eradicate fake SC opportunities in HC as long as PP like him are present... An unfit Organisation which failed to check the credentials of a lecturer smt Biruda Raja Ratnam, who got recruited through back door with fake SC papers in 2002. All previous principals never thought bringing her credentials to the knowledge of higher officials. They extended their help as an acts of pseudo humanistic approach to a woman. They not only helped her to survive, but allowed her to act as principal in their absence. Also, they gave previous Ph.D papers to submit it to sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati without verifying her basic telugu prose & poetry skills. She merely can read and write (copying), which is known to many students, her family members. She represents as an icon of fake SC woman who can secure Govt lecturer job with will & wish in corrupt way. Even after District Collector removed her, she managed high court judges by giving bribes in all aspects to get back her job within no time. why do 95% of fake SC people hold their jobs back with success can be known from her family members? she failed 10th class 8 times. no inter. Just BA, MA pass marks. UGCNET paper was leaked by a person like her lawyer sri Godey Satish, who leaks question paper even though Govt reposes faith in him. Such people act against the wishes of Govt for securing salary & profit out of selling secrets.

In science, if a disease to human can not be brought under control, the Govt declares it as epidemic. The blood samples from a patient are taken for micro biological analysis and a vaccination is developed to counter that evil effect of that virus. Many fake sc papers Govt Job holders are acquitted in the cases. The family members, relatives and neighbours are 100% aware of the fake SC papers. But the social welfare officers never find time meet them to find more truth of crime beyond fake sc papers. Instead, they work in favor of fake sc papers job holders by taking money as bribes. They draw salaries to work for corrupt. As conviction is less than 10% and acquittal in judicial cases of SC/ST atrocity cases or Govt job holders with fake SC/ST papers is more than 90%, Govt never takes initiative to find grass root of failure in those cases. IAS officers are often murdered(physical elimination ex: Karnatak IAS officer Ravi) for being honest by the corrupt builders. Also IAS Officers smt K.Sunitha (CCE,AP) and Dist collector Natarajan Guljar were served with contempt of court orders for being honest in removing a fake SC papers job holder smt Biruda Raja Ratnam, lecturer, ASP Oriental college, Ram Koti, Hyderabad. The family members of smt Raja Ratnam and husband sri sarikonda Papa Raju are fully aware of developement took place from day one how their lawyer sri Godey Satish coordinated the corrupt officials to acquit her in the cases WP3754/2012. CC 201/2012, cc1023/2013 were served against IAS officers. Full corruption took place. Money exchanged. sri Papa Raju did not leave cheating any one. He killed first wife. (forced suicide). but propagated as suicide. He divorced second wife as she refused to rise false alarm with police & file cases against close relatives with police with an intention to divert cheating case into women exploitation case. He found third wife smt Biruda Raja Ratnam, who fulfilled his dreams of achieving success with cheating the Govt (fake SC papers Lecturer job with salary Rs 80,000/month), even though she failed 10th class 6 to 8 times. He did not leave his tricks to play against first wife's daughter too to get more than 10 lakhs profit. Even though Dist Collector caught her, their lawyer made a lot of success in high court. The basic part in this case is , none of the social welfare officials/judicial officials bothered to enquired the history of the couple's cheating in Hyderabad. All are happy with the bribes served to them. This couple considered as most incredible to show that High court is more corrupt than any other organisation in India that guarantees the corrupt to come out of charges easily. Due to past sins, he ensures some status in real life, who shows it through their acts and attitudes. A Lawyer and a 3rd wife combination in Indian Society, families always prove their worth as per expectations. Here also, they proved once again that history repeats with their acts and behavior, politics, sketches, trapping and many more. They want to share the money, luxuries which don't deserve as they are not real owners. The truth of their honesty is known to other members of their respective families.You can cut a tamarind from it's tree, but not it's sourness. It is also said that, if a Dog gets meals, it becomes Goddess Gouramma for her acts later in telugu. This proverb is true in smt Raja Ratnam's case in her 3rd wife status as she cheats and controls whole episodes under self direction and sri Godey Satish(7595) direction at home and college. There are many victims in family and relatives as she cheated them of lakhs of rupees. As she holds the neck of her husband, her lawyer holds the neck of some judges as proved in the fake SC case. District Collector was 100% right in declaring her as fake SC. She got UGCNET 2000 paper leaked from a sri Papa Raju's cousin who is absconding even today. Every step of progress is laced with corrupt practices as narrated by family members. Her lawyer sri Godey Satish is not far away.

On the name of legal advice, lawyers knows family relations.They exploit situation to their favor by entering into homes by becoming VIPs. They act as detectives. Truth is lawyers have no intangible values. They confuse officials, Judges& family members to study real ground data. They love those who cheat close relatives &society viz smt Biruda Raja Ratnam. Basic attribute that binds them is no faith in honesty. her husband Sri Sarikonda Papa Raju made money in 3-marriages. But, after getting first daughter married, reverse dowry harassment was applied. Sri Papa Raju cheated first son in law of more than 7lakhs in 2007. Once he detected &asked for refund, the couple met sri Godey Satish for his crook ideas. Indecent comments were made to provoke son in law with abuse by smt Biruda Raja Ratnam in vulgar. Be aware of these hyna.

It seems she sharpened her vocabulary by watching more of STARPLUS serials for the dialogues to impress men who meet her at home & office. They stumble at her hospitality in words. But she cheated many in real life. Relatives knew that she and her daughter impress novice by calling to home, joining at restaurants, making friends on tours. they ensure no relative disclose their secrets of cheating in the premises. Bandi Ramesh is her daughter's catch of three years affair, which was known to all since 2012. He never bothered to verify their credentials/ back ground of cheating ruthlessly. Lawyer was chief guest on 28May2015 to ensure proceedings went off at home.

we often seen various comments on various issues on web sites. Most of them related to corruption cases only. with the abolishment of sec 66A, people had a sign of relief. Still, why people are having 'phobia' to write their experience with criminal lawyers. Many lawyers criminals join in the family disputes like vultures. Instead of teaching basic values, they escalate the basic dispute of financial cheating, denial of faith(like father cheats son/daughter. vice versa or husband & wife, brothers...ec) into cooked up stories of sexual abuse, IPC 376..etc and take the parties to police stations. Even these lawyers claim it an achievement for dragging the victims to police station and never allow to speak. At home, lawyer criminal provoke orthodox victims by saying ' are you not ashamed of being summoned to police station. It's me who gave your mobile number and propelled the police to abuse you in filthy language'. How many times police should feel ashamed of themselves to go to police station every day? similarly, how many times lawyers feel ashamed of themselves to go to courts daily. why there is no action such criminal lawyers. His name is sri Godey Satish and his junior lawyers. Victims are family members, in-laws of sri Sarikonda papa Raju of MIDHANI, Hyderabad. He cheated many people in life including in laws. But he takes guard from lawyer criminals. His 3rd wife is smt biruda raja ratnam, lecturer, ASP college, Hyd. She was caught with fakeSC papers by District collector sri Natarajan Guljar. A lot of harassment was meted to other family members by the criminal lawyer & police. None came to monitor criminal's activities, as if he is authorised to proceed in any way. He also claimed that Hon'ble Judge CV Nagarjuna Radyy assured of all help through another lawyer Nirajan Reddy in fakeSC case. The part of cheated amount from victims will be given as bribe to them. IAS officers must meet the remaining family members to enquire about misdeeds of criminal lawyer for the past sic years. Ref AP High court WP3754/2012, CC201/2012, CC1023/2013. It's our tradition to respect women. If women reciprocate it through cheating, filthy abuse by herself &criminal lawyer, then how to react in such situations. She is just 10th failed, but mastered the art of cheating all class of people in life. There is no mechanism to get feed back from family members about criminal lawyers in fakeSC cases & Judges in India.

ORDER:-

In the reference 1st read above, the Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad has cancelled the Scheduled Caste (Madiga) Certificate of Smt B.Raja Ratnam, Lecturer, Andhra Saraswatha Parishad Oriental College, Hyderabad.

2. Aggrieved by the said Proceedings of the Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad, Smt B. Raja Ratnam, Hyderabad has filed an appeal petition before the Government vide reference 2nd read above and while submitting the grounds therein, requested to set aside the proceedings issued by the Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad vide reference 1st read above.

3. In the reference 3rd read above, Sri Manda Krishna Madiga S/o Manda Komuraiah, President of MRPS, has filed a Caveat petition on 17-11-2011 before the Government and prayed the Government to issue notice to him before passing any interim orders in the appeal of Smt.B.Raja Ratnam, if she files appeal against the orders of the District Collector and pass such other order or further orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

4. In the reference 4th read above, the Hon’ble High Court, without going into the merits of the case disposed of the Writ Petition with the direction to the Government to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, as the appeal is pending before the Government. The Honourable High Court also passed orders therein suspending the order in R.Dis.No.C1/2599/2011, dated 08.12.2011 of District Collector, Hyderabad, pending disposal of the appeal before the Government.

5. In the reference 5th read above, the Government while admitting the appeal petition requested the District Collector, Hyderabad to furnish Parawise remarks and connected records in original to examine and dispose off the appeal petition pending before the Government.

6. The Collector, Hyderabad District vide reference 6th read above has furnished the relevant records and para wise remarks on the appeal petition filed by Smt B.Raja Ratnam, Hyderabad and among others requested the Government to dismiss the appeal of Smt.B. Raja Ratnam as it deserves no merits and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

7. The case was taken up for personal hearing by the Government, as such several hearings were held by appropriate authority in the case. Both the appellant and Caveat Petitioner / Respondent have attended the said hearings.

8. In the reference 7th read above, Sri Manda Krishna Madiga has filed the written arguments and among others prayed to dismiss the appeal filed by Smt B.Raja Ratnam as it is devoid of merits etc.,

In the reference 10th read above, Smt B.Raja Ratnam, Lecturer has filed the written arguments and among others prayed to allow the appeal as the 3rd respondent (Sri Manda Krishna Madiga) has failed to prove the same. In her further written arguments, Smt B.Raja Ratnam, among others prayed to consider the written arguments filed by her and also take into consideration of the material filed along with the appeal which was not considered by the District Collector in a proper perspective and allow the appeal by setting aside the order of the District Collector dated 08.12.2011 and do needful justice.

10. Government have examined the matter in detail and observed that in the instant case, Smt B.Raja Ratnam’s father, Sri Rama Raju is BC-D, mother, Smt. Kavali Jayamma is SC-Madiga, brother, Sri B.Gnaneswar Raju is BC-D (Bhatraju), husband, Sri Papa Raju is BC-D (Bhatraju) and daughter, S.Vineela Bharathi is also Bhatraju (BC-D). Further, Smt.Birudha Rajaratnam was never brought up in the customs and traditions of SC-Madiga Community, but was brought up in the customs and traditions of her father’s Bhatraju Community which is a BC Community. It is also evident, as she has not married to a SC person, but married to a BC person under the customs & traditions of BC Bhatraju i.e., customs of her father. Her brother also got married in customs & traditions of BC Bhatraju. Hence she has born and brought up under the customs of BC Bhatraju. It is also observed that BC-D caste certificate is issued to her brother vide C/958/98 of MRO, Amberpet, Dated 12.4.1998 and mere submission of request by her brother for cancellation of BC caste certificate does not prove that she is born and brought up in SC-Madiga Community and entitled to claim her caste status as SC. Moreover, the Honorable Supreme Court held in Punit Rai case in para 27 that, “the Caste System in India is ingrained in the Indian mind. A person in the absence of any statutory law would inherit his Caste from his father and not his mother even in case of inter Caste marriage”.

11. Government after careful examination in detail of the entire matter and the material made available with it, concludes that, Smt.B.Raja Ratnam was not brought up in the customs & traditions of SC-Madiga, the caste of person depends on the caste of the Father and hence Smt B.Raja Ratnam belongs to BC-D Bhatraju Community. Therefore the decision taken by the Collector and District Magistrate, Hyderabad is correct & in accordance with Law. Under the circumstances, the orders issued by the Collector and District Magistrate, Hyderabad are hereby confirmed.

12. The Government, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred u/s 7 of Act No. 16 of 1993, decide that the appeal petition filed by Smt B.Raja Ratnam do not deserve any interference. Hence, Proceedings of the Collector

& District Magistrate, Hyderabad issued vide No.C1/2599/2011, dated: 08.12.2011 are upheld and the appeal of Smt B. Raja Ratnam, Lecturer, (previously Andhra Saraswatha Parishad Oriental College, Hyderabad) Telangana Saraswatha Parishad Oriental College, Hyderabad is hereby rejected.

13. The Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad and Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad are directed to take further necessary action in the matter accordingly, as per the provisions of Act No.16 of 1993.

14. The records furnished by the Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad vide reference 6th read above (containing pp.1-1164 C.F., and pp.1-28 N.F.,) are returned herewith and he is requested to acknowledge the receipt of the same.

Are the family members and relatives not aware of anyone getting job/admission through unfair means?
In India, male members always keeps watch on their female members of the family. The consistency in academics of any male/female child from childhood is noticed by them. If some miracle occurs, they meet secretly to discuss the source of unfair means. Smt Birudha Raja Ratnam, lecturer, ASP Oriental College, Ram Kothi, Hyderabad has same story. She failed 10th class 8 times. Later, She passed all her exams with unfair means. She managed fakeSC papers. She managed UGCNET2000 papers from her husband's cousin brother, who was working in a courier company. That cousin was a chief guest in1999-2000 period. But Investigation stopped abruptly by Govt. But she was one of the beneficiary, who passed UGCNET. Even though she was caught by Dist Collector, she could get CC orders issued to IAS officers for reappointment and payment of salary. Ref WP3754/2012, CC201/2012 and CC1023/2013 of AP High court. Still she continues her job. Her lawyer managed everything.
