Anuradha Jonnalagadda

Working as a reader in the Department of Dance at the Golden Threshold of Central University, Anuradha has come a long way, both in practising and in researching. Imbibing the stylized mode of Kuchipudi under the legendary maestro Vempati Chinna Satyam, Anuradha specialized in the 'evolution of the Kuchipudi dance technique in the last century'. Her research focuses on "Tradition and innovation in Kuchipudi dance" based on the historical evolution of the art form in the context of the changing socio-political scenario. Apart from being a solo performer, Anuradha is the founder of the dance school "Nrityaankita".
