I had purchased cane sofa set from this place last year. So decided to get the cushions done with them as they would know the size well. They did not have the kind of cloth I was looking for, so bought D`decor fabric and gave it to a person called Faiyaz. After 3 weeks I had not heard from them. I was not getting any clear information from them on calls, so decided to visit their store personally. They then inform me that Faiyaz is away, and that the delay was because the material I bought for the cushions, which was 4.5 meters was less by 2 meters. I was shocked, as I even had the bill for the material that clearly showed that it was 4.5meters that I gave them. Then a person called Rehman promised to look into the matter and asked us to get 2meters more so we could get the covers done. We hoped that he would cut the amount that was a loss for us, because of the extra fabric that we had to buy. But he later denied any responsibility and told that u til faiyaz is back, he can`t give us our cushions and covers unless we pay the whole amount. I wanted to talk to the management and tell them of the way their employees are ruining their business by cheating the customers and behaving rude with them, and even having the gall of claiming that we are ones who are lying.i asked for the management`s name and number, but they outright denied giving it to me. This clearly shows they have something to hide. We had earlier also ordered a centre table, and were hoping to collect it when we came to collect the cushions, but he claimed it was not ready even after 1month of ordering it. He promised to deliver it by 10pm that night, and now after a week when I called him to ask why the delay, he rudely says he will get it today and cuts the call. Horrid customer service. I really want to talk to the management and get some justice, or at least get treated with some decency that their employees lack.
