We are residents of Hyderabad, have legal disputes regarding Sale transactions of our house and the purchaser left some balance money, gave cheque but, bounced. He filed a private complate in Miyapur court with false allegations and false witnesses on us. The private complaint was forwarded Kukatpally Police station and they had booked false case on us. They arrested our two teenage boys and tortured with 3rd degree punishment without our intimation. The purchaser could effect his private complaint processed in Miyapur court and Kukatpally police station within 2 hours. But, we are struggling since 2 years, having truth with us and approaching all the authorities of the department and government, but in vain. At last, we have approached hon'ble High Court of A.P. in May'12 and filed our writ petition. Since then, we are given dates and dates and mostly, the hearing dates are falling on holidays (July 16 was a holiday, August 20th was a holiday). We are told that the date will be updated in website and we have to continuously keep on checking the website. It is 7 days past now from 20th August and the next date is not posted. Our children's education is lost and they are jobless. We are finding it difficult to survive and persistently, searching for justice by reposing our innocent confidence and belief in Hon'ble High Court. We are of the opinion that Law has no discrimination of position, authority and status. All are equal before the Law. And we believe that police are not exempted from Law.
The police have been filing false cases on us by applying and misusing the respective IPC sections as they like and in favour of anti-social elements to destroy the innocent families with false allegations and false witnesses thus, created a criminal history for us and at the same time, possessed a defending tool which when enquired by any authority or hon'ble court, mention that "there exist cases on us".
