We had a very bad experience with this cab service.

We had booked this cab to catch a flight at the Airport. The cab driver was forty five minutes late and there was total choas . I could not reach them on phone at all and the few times that i did they just kept saying "We have sent the cab long time back and it'll be there any moment now" over and over again. They were totally indifferent to our predication and seemed least bothered. At last when it did turn up and we asked the driver what was wrong, he started railing and said he was informed some time ago only. We cut it damn close and just about made it on time to catch the flight. It was a very very stressful day !
