I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Platina Split AC of Voltas Company (A Tata Enterprise) from Tata Croma, on 09/02/2013 Inv. No. SLF02A029010060300 with an extended Warranty (Extended Warranty Code 172866) of two years upto 09/02/2015. After purchase Voltas Technician serviced our A.C. one time in the warranty. On 25th March 2014 we have booked thru call center for service and to check, the A.C. because it was not cooling properly, there was no response and again on 1st April 2014, (Complain No. 14040103504) booked for same reason but still nobody has come to service, (Voltas Co. asking for charges), after struggling with Voltas almost for a month, they are directed us to contact Tata Croma, we have booked thru Croma, (SR0501400570, Claim No. 127556, Dt. 7/5/2014) after 10 days of complain we received one Technician, who does not know how to open a split A.C. Sorry to mention that it is the standard of Tatas. It was giving again same problem and I complained but still no response from Tata Croma, almost now we are about to finish hot summer days without A.C. At the time of purchase they made so many promises but at the time of after sales service they are very irresponsible, even booking a complain in the Customer care there is no response. Actually they are suppose to maintain a record and periodically should contact the customer for the service etc. We spent money for our comfort in summer but no use, almost all the summer days are over without A.C. In fact I was planning to buy two more A.Cs for my another new apartment, but now I have changed my mind.

I request the higher authorities of Tata Croma to get the A.C. serviced and repair it as soon as possible or take away the A.C. and refund my complete amount, your A.C. is not at all working properly from the beginning there is heavy sound and no proper cooling. If no action taken, I am going to publish in all the news papers of Hyderabad very shortly.

I bought an laptop with croma store, chennai. Really had an very bad and embracing experience with them, they have shown and explained about an laptop with 4 gb RAM but while billing they were packing an 2 gb laptop, my good i found it before billing and inquired about it and they made me paid 5k extra for 4 gb RAM configured laptop, apart from this they are tied up with MTS datacard it seems, they have given an MTS prepaid datacard at 600 cost, but for activation they took another 10 business days...., I never gonna refer my friends to Croma.

POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE and FALSE COMMITMENTS, . I bought many products previously from this Saket Croma Store, and never had to avail warranty, unless I bought a Croma Tripod (inv no: SLF02A042020032806). When I came home and tried to open a knob from many others, that one particular knob was so tight that, when I applied a little more pressure it just broke. While buying the product they said and its written under warranty manual that if any knob is broken then they will replace it. When I went to claim the same they said its physical damage so they can not replace this. Then I asked then what is the warranty for? They said if anything is broken that is considered as physical damage, therefore it does not covered under warranty. Trust me their after sale service is really pathetic and YOU WILL FEEL CHEATED....

I bought a LG 42inch LCD TV. They delivered me a diffective product with scratches on the LCD panel. They failed to take responsibility and exchange the product immediately.

Very bad customer service and after sales is even worse. They will simply not respond.

While selling they will promise anything, free gift, delivery within 24 hours etc. Will not keep promise

If there is a problem in the product dont expect anything, you have to haggle with the product company for replacement.

I had a very bad customer experience with Croma Retail at Jubilee Hills Hyd
