With equipment from Body Solid, Crunch packs quite the gathering of exercising machines-everything you would need to curl those pecs, shape those abs and build those big round things on your arms. This place is centrally air-conditioned, which just snowballs the whole concept of working up a sweat. And it's large enough for some 45 people to work out at the same time.

The heart needs to be exercised too, and for that there are treadmills and cycles in the cardio section. Now to join this place you need to shell out Rs. 500, and pay Rs. 800 every month. Somehow that didn't seem right, th....
