DHFL i am one of the existing member of housing loan , How we can we recommend the this organization for home loan, when employees working in this organization they don;t feel they are part of their organization , and it is their prime duty to satisfy the customers to sanction loan , but any one approach for loan how we trust this employess , Let then charge stamped fees, processing fees, documentaiton fees, but when hand over the cheque of loan amount . then they show their intelligence it is not so small amount they ask to meet their requirments they 30percent , it is very sad to write this letter very openly so that other employees let know what is hapening .When we reject the sanction amount, they are also to take amount back. if any one want to speak to me in this matter pl call 9290676699

Dhfl dewan Housing Finance Ltd compartive to another bank interest rates are high, the service is good but working employess in this orgainzation are high corrupted . but common man is difficult to own a dream house in city is very difficult, Let them charge processing fess, document charges regd charges but employess working in this organization act a s agent / broker they charge high fees , unless they never hand over the cheque Housing loan amount until we statisfy them , so stop corruption think about your family and dream a home , otherwise curse will generated throughout their generations
