Upon R C Mathur, Paediatricians advise, Today(23Nov2019) when I visited diagnostic Centre for medical examination of my 2yrs son in the morning hours, a girl who was sitting on the billing desk charged me Rs. 1850 and kept me waiting for 45mts to collect the blood sample. I multiple times requested her that it's fever profile and my 2yrs son is suffering from high fever please take the sample & allow me to go. But, instead she kept me waiting and was collecting blood samples who came later. Inspite of many remainders and requests, she was collecting bills for the people who came for abdomen scans whereas radiology already confirmed her that they will come in 1hr.

When I again and again requested and told her that these people have to wait for an hour even after billing, she started argument in very rude way. Because of her behavior towards patients/customers I was afraid that I will get an accurate and genuine medical report because she was also collecting blood samples. Then I demanded her to refund my money and without any regret and apology she returned my money.

I completely lost trust on this diagnostic center. I request all the patients and doctors to do not visit/advise this diagnostic center.

Hence, I request the management to check the CCTV footage if available and take immediate action against her behavior towards customers/patients.
