You are absolutely right if you are talking about Focus Koramangalore Branch in Bangalore. I m still wkg there and put down my papers. I find no good reason to stick on here as things have become most troublesome due to mis-management and favoritism. Once in a while they pretend to be showing concern, but only an eye wash, not a real concern. The top management in escription needs a lesson, as they are the guyz making plenty of money and not sharing with the production team. The top management also stays aloof and does not mingle with other employees creating a huge gap showing their attitudes. Also, they hardly work in the office. The only work what they do is pressurizing the production team not convincingly enough hurting their feelings and affecting their work culture.
