Service of YO Bike dealer at Hyderabad (GRA Automobile) is not upto the satisfaction level. I recommend not to purchase any YO bykes from this dealer. They are cheater. At the time of sale they promised everything, but after purchase no action has been taken by the dealer. Also all the spare parts available only with them, which rate is 10 times more than market rates. I advised not to purchase any bykes from this dealer.

Pros: Everything from sale to service is wrong.
Cons: If you complain No any person hear you.
