Very bad experience as a first time visit to India. Do not let their pictures fool you. Service was good the first day we got there, but went down hill after that. Some of the room lights did not work and rooms are not clean. No hot water either. The 2nd day we asked for hot water to be delivered, they told us to turn on shower faucet but still did not have hot water so we braved the cold water. The third day, they told us to run water for 10 minutes but water just cool.Waited over an hour and half for room service and still not receive everything we ordered. Front desk members sleep on the job at night with lights turned off. Staff members spoke little English and were quite rude. Asked for bed sheets to be changed and was denied request stating they don't have enough sheets due to all rooms being booked. After an hour of requests to staff member and front desk personnel, we finally got new sheets but no blankets. We slept without blankets and just turned off AC. Was waken by loud noise every morning from loud guests and children running up and down hallways. I still love India but will not recommend this place.
