Savera Residency straddles the fine line between being an out-and-out budget hotel, and an attempt to be termed an economy class establishment. Whether it manages to do so really depends on individual experiences.

There is a reason why there is an ongoing debate by the city planners on whether an underground pedestrian crossing is not as good as an above the ground one. This is the same reason that causes you to hesitate at the entrance of Savera Residency - its lobby placed at the end of a tunnel-like basement entry can put you off.
