Iam very much unsatisfied by the way things happening in IDP consultancy Hyderabad. Iam taking consultancy services for my spouse who is wish to study in USA, unfortunately she was assigned with a Senior Counsellor, she did't even checked my wife's profile properly and advised to apply with 15 years of education to universities, even though she has done her MBA in distance education which all universities accept as that is a NAAC accredited university, later when the US university rejected my wife's application she checked all the certificates and said that those certificates are valid, die to this mistake we have lost 35000 rupees for WES evaluation and transcripts for degree which were in no use.

Other than this we were advised to apply for Kent state university and she have sent all the documents in scan to university on 4th of Sep, we are keep on asking for the status as there i no movement in the application even after one month and in online it shows that no documents were received, later i personally called the university and checked about the documents and they confirmed that they have not received any, i informed the same to our senior counsellor to which she has send them again and got updated in their portal, if she would have sent a mail about the status earlier application would have been processed by now, due to her ignorance and irresponsibility we have not only lost our money and time, living everyday and night with lot of mental tension.
