Being a big brand by name, no hospitality. Horrible behaviour by management at kukatpally. They dont give respect to customers and donot know proper way for them how to receive customers.

Staff is working for salaries, no responsibility and respect towards customers.

Worst experience ever faced in other malls like south india, chennai etc..
