I was a regular customer of kun Hyundai.everything was good but when I went for my car 16th servicing they where very rude. the GENERAL MANAGER and SERVICE HEAD they both where disaster as if they were playing monopoly with me. every time when I go for the servicing I usually gives the approval of the work that needs to be done. but this time these idiots were forcing me to clean up the brakes which I don't require and they do even state me that sir you can go outside and do your servicing if you want to do the servicing over here you need to follow the workshop protocols . my car is an xcent with the kilometer driven 189000 till now I have the records with the kun hyundai workshop service done by the service advisor Mr ALI (very honest and loyal guy) but it is very shameful to listen that I can choose a footpath guy to do my servicing from the management.

hi ,,so is there any other hyundai service centres in the vicinity ? i just hate bad service ....and false promises...

I am extrelemy upset with the lack of responsibility and response speed of KUN's service centre in RTC. Kept my vehicle for 2 full days, didnt bother to call me back despite the promises and of course, didnt finish the work it was originally sent there for!! To top it up, its a circus there, with ample confusion on which service advisor is actually handling the car (they had offered a free pcik up, which I like a fool accepted). For a good few hours I was left wondering if my car was actually there!

Pros: staff is polite
Cons: speed, responsibility and responsiveness

I have shifted from Vijaywada to Hyderabad and was on the lookout for the best service outlet in hyderbad. i have given my vehicle for service at Talwar, lakshmi and Kun Hyundai, and i found is the best of all.
A suggetsion - Due to the growing inflow of vehicles a much spacious compund and putting in additional Service advisors and workforce would speed up the service delivery timelines.

Pros: clean,hygenic atmosphere, prompt response
Cons: slightly congested compound
