Worst agency very much corrupted. In this electronic era also these guys do corruption shamelessly.
You book your refill and they take maximum time to generate cash memo few days later they cancels the booking. By doing this they book their own/required booking in priority.
We will end up booking the cylinder once again and the turnaround time will be taken more than 30 days. Such a ridiculous service they provide. They never pic the phone.

Why IOC company is still encouraging this kind of robbers. These guys have poor service rating in Indian Oil Official website itself. Still no action being taken on this stupid’s.
