Hello. My consumer number is 44030. I booked gas on March 19th 2021 and kept waiting for many days for gas. Finally I got SMS mentioning my order was cancelled. May I know the reason why it got cancelled. I called up your office and was told on phone that the gas would be sent the very next day, I waited and the next day too i dint receive till afternoon so I called back. I was told on phone that gas would be sent the same day but it wasn't. On top of all these mess, I was never told the reason for cancellation.When can I expect the gas to be sent? Please let us know
