THE MANDAL OFFICER WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE THER IS ASKING FOR 500 TO 700 FOR 1 CERTIFICIT THAT IS THE RESON HE HAS REJECTED MOST OF THE INCOME CERTIFICATS OF SECUNDRABAD THEY DO NOT GO EVEN FOR ENQURIE IF WE GIVE THE MONEY
