This is a malicious review form a fake account. We have had no teacher named Sunita in our school at all. Anybody can come and check our records. This is done purely on the basis of defaming a school which has 4+/5 stars on most review sites. This site also lacks potency and authenticity due to which this review is still standing.
A person named Priyank Pulumati, who we believe is the son of the owner of the school, sent an email to our site on 31st March 2016 asking us to get in touch with him since he had a problem with some comments here on the school.
The normal process to report any comment is to use the report button below the comment, which Mr. Pulumati did not choose to do before writing to us.
Before we could respond to his email, Mr. Pulumati did use that feature the next day, and reported five comments on this page. fullhyd.com deleted four of them in less than three hours - the comments that clearly violated our policy.
Mr. Priyank Pulumati however still traced out the contact of, and sent another personal message to, a senior executive of fullhyd.com two days later (on 3rd April) that was highly critical.
He said he was "disgusted" with our company, and the reason he gave was that we still did not remove the fifth comment he reported, and that we did not give a telephone number for people to call us.
We ignored the message, but Mr. Pulumati went further and traced the mobile number of this executive and called him two days later (on 5th April 2016).
He started lambasting the executive right away - for example, right in the beginning, when the executive asked Mr. Pulumati how he got his number, he replied, "That is none of your business."
The fullhyd.com executive continued the conversation anyway as a courtesy, and stayed continuously gracious - something most people would not do after that kind of answer and attitude, and after Mr. Pulumati had sent the highly caustic email just two days back.
Mr. Pulumati however was unrelenting and unmitigated in his attack. He demanded to know why we did not respond to his emails and why we did not provide a phone number for people to call us. Despite our telling him as gently as possible that the right channel to report comments was using the report button and not sending emails to us, and that it was our prerogative to not give our contact numbers on our site, he would just not be placated.
He also asked us how we could allow unverified critical comments against the school to be published (it appeared to be his stand that only comments that had the full identification of the person commenting could be allowed on the Internet if they were critical of a business).
We courteously explained the stand of the company (already posted on our website here), and said that this was an open forum and that Mr. Priyank Pulumati could feel free to counter the critical comment by posting his own stand.
We also pointed out to him that there were also favourable comments about his school on this same page that were also allowed despite the posters being unverified there, too.
He however refused to turn civil, and ended the call threatening to take action against us.
In a few minutes after the call, Mr. Priyank Pulumati also sent an SMS to the executive personally attacking him in insulting language, in addition to again insulting our company, and threatened to slander us on the social media. (We still have the SMS.)
We ignored his personal insults for a third time, as also his threats, instead of choosing to take action.
In a few hours Mr. Priyank Pulumati posted on this very page himself criticizing our own website (the comment can still be seen above - it is surprising that he considers a critical public comment against his school wrong and defamatory but resorts to the same against our business). Despite all that he had said to us and his personal attacks, we still retained the comment since we did not believe it violated our policy - it continues to be there even today, 19 months later.
On November 13 2017 (earlier this month), a person identifying himself as Mr. Priyank Pulumati's father again called the same fullhyd.com executive on his mobile. He said that there was an abusive post targeting his son on this page.
This time, too, the approach was again to call us rather than first use the report button. Also, the post was made 10 days back, and seemed to have been responded to already by Mr. Priyank Pulumati, who already knew about the reporting option from past experience but chose not to use it.
Within 10 minutes of the (again lengthy and remonstrative) call ending, we ourselves traced and removed the comment pro-actively.
In the call, we also again explained quite courteously to the gentleman the same things that we had explained to his son last year, and encouraged him to use the same page to post his own views.
However, Mr. Priyank Pulumati again sent an insulting text message to the executive that night making personal attacks and personally abusing the person, and also making wild and completely random and unsubstantiated accusations that we took money from other schools to do some "dirty work". We have retained this message, too.
What Mr. Priyank Pulumati repeatedly did with his personal insults and personal abuses are criminal offences under Indian law. Since Mr. Pulumati only seems to get emboldened by our ignoring his insults and personal attacks, which means he is clearly capable of resorting to such actions again and with increased confidence, we are planning to shortly initiate a criminal complaint against him under multiple sections of the IPC with the clear proof we have (an email and two text messages sent directly to the same person, with increasingly more insulting personal attacks).
Just because you have put some "rules" under your website, I am not obligated to have ever accepted them. I have never requested you to create a page on the school's behalf.
Please go through the following links to understand how a business listing / open forum works, especially the norm to provide an intimation and give the business the authority to moderate the comments.
This is the general "norm". You have deviated from the "norm" and are asking me to follow an abnormal "procedure" of your organisation. Please give it a thought. It would be helpful for everyone.
You profoundly talk about following a procedure. The email form suggests that you will get back to use in "24 hours" but when I filled that form I did not get a call back / email reply even after thousands of hours. So please explain to me how exactly do you follow your "procedures"?
Secondly, The person you are referring to who I spoke also spoke illegibly and irritatingly without listening and only repeating the word "procedure" again and again without any sense and thus instigating. When I said I am ready to prove the this commenter (Sunitha) is a made up "identity" the person refused to give a proper reply and resorted to saying the word "procedure" again.
Thirdly, You have decided to publish our school's page and comments on it without no intimation to us what so ever, is this how you conduct yourself ?
Because of your company's impotency to solve the matter legibly, you have damaged the reputation of our school. Are you ready to bear the damages? And again, all this is without any intimation to us that your publishing this page and comments.
Are entity owners supposed to just sit back while you allow your page to post untruly information about the entity and damage the reputation in process ?
Even till now you have not contacted me directly via phone or via email and there is not the slightest prerogative from your side to find the legitimacy of the comment in question. This shows that you are not willing to solve the matter legibly and only want to defend your "impotent procedure".
Please contact me when you are ready to solve the matter in question. Or even setup a meeting to solve the issue.
I am also planning to file a complaint again your organisation under the sections of IPC related to defamation.
