Dear sir /madam As i am searching for the free eye check up. I have come to know abt the lions clubs. As the person is very poor and nt in a situation to pay. He is unable to see and have both eye problem. I am taking initiative pls kindly help me hw to and where to approch. Pls
M.R. No.68455 dt 15.12.15 Name. Manohar Today I took my son for eye check up. Doctor prescribed GATIFLOXACIN eye drops. We purchased the medicine in the ground floor Pharmacy. As I didnt have correct change I gave Rs.530 for the drops costing Rs126/. The lady in the counter gave Rs 4/. I forgot to collect Rs.400/. But when I returned within 5mts and asked for balance she refused to give and insisted that I paid Rs 130/ and not Rs 530/. Kindly keep an eye on that lady as she is cheating.
