Om Logistic is a cheater company.
#1. I spoke to Om Logistic Movers and Packers Mr. Surinder Noida branch regarding moving my bike from my residence Dwarka Delhi to the destination Bowenpally Secunderabad AP as a door to door delivery. We agreed with rs 4000.
#2. On 16th Feb Anup Sharma from Om Logistic Movers and Packers came to my house and collected my Honda Stunner bike and drove to godown. I paid him rs 4000 and got a receipt.
#3. He said it would reach within a week.
#4. After 15 days when my bike did not delivered I called Om Logistic office and spoke to Mr. Surinder he gave me another contact number Mr Suresh to call and get the status.
#5. Mr. Suresh was from DTDC I could know then he handed over to DTDC for my bike delivery.
#6. After 20 days I got to know my bike is reached at Kompally DTDC godown and when I spoke to the godown manager he said we do not deliver bike on home please come and collect.
#7. After making lot of calls to Mr. Surinder OmLogistics, Mr. Suresh DTDC they told me that some one will drive my bike and deliver on my address. When the [person unpacked the bike he did not get the bike key. Kew was missing.
#8. I again spoke to Mr. Surinder he said key is missed. And we are unable to deliver on given address.
#9. I could manage to collect my bike with the help of one of my friend from godown.
#10. After repeatly called to Mr. Surinder he agreed to return rs 500 to me. But he did not return that also.
