Project Synopsis:
Barclays Commercial Bank is looking to provide Medium Business & Agriculture, Larger Business and National Sales Team users a tool for capturing the E2E Sales Process. Commercial Bank has therefore identified Salesforce.com (Salesforce.com) as a key requirement in supporting current and future sales / account management efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attended client’s calls along with the team members at requirement gathering phase.
• Created new Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Record Types, Report Types and Tabs.
• Written Validation rules and workflow rules and Approval Processes.

The Sales Application Offers CRM features like Account/Contact management, Opportunities management and Activities management. It also provides the Web response forms to register new users, modification of user profile etc. As a part of Client’s requirements we had developed Salesforce CRM Application to suit its business needs all over the regions where they are doing business.

• Entrusted with the responsibility of Configuring/customizing the salesforce CRM application in accordance with the client’s requirement and specification.
• Hands on expertise to develop applications on Force.com Platform.
