Hi I am a Recent customer of Oriental Packers N Movers (Only the name tells so) or any packer N movers in this behalf. A person (happens to be the manager) visited my old place to have a look at my belongings and gave a quotation which was agreed upon mutually. On the day of shifting(which was 4 days after the quotation date) comes the actual team headed by an arrogant ill-mannered so called supervisor who was neither ready to obey the prior agreement nor his boss over the phone(person who visited earlier) was forcing for a double trip, which for the given circumstance was quite unnecessary. After creating all the chaos leaving us helpless took only the stuff which he was filling the truck unsystemetically leaving a lot space empty. I had to take another small truck to carry over my remaining belonging. They do not pack nor unpack unlike what I have been heard of other packers N movers. Was really not expecting this from such a branded name.
