We a team of 11 members visited this resort on 22/11/2013 as a part of corporate outing. We happened to speak to the Kalpana the intiial point of contact. We were promised with a 2 Veg n 2 Non Veg dishes as a part of lunch buffet along with regular starters, salads n deserts. We were also promised with discount on the taxes for adventure games.

The resort was not fully equipped and not 100% operational. Since the day happens to be Friday, we were the only batch in the resort. Kalpana requested us to have an al-a-carte lunch as the head count was only 11, and we accepted the same.

As soon as we entered the restaurant, to our dismay, found no similarity of what was promised (Partly in written, partly oral). When questioned the same with the head chef, he initially said, he had no communication. And when we specifically spoke about what was promised, the team started preparing the dishes, only after we were specific.

Similar concern was raised by a women who was present at the restaurant. When enquired the same with her, she initially responded courteously and when things went overboard, she started bull shitting around. It was disgusting talking to her, as the way she reacted was ill-mannered, unprofessional and pathetic. Since it is into hospitality industry, it was shocking to listen the way she was reacting.

That person also changed her version on the promise that she made on the discount in adventure games.

At that juncture, we were disappointed and confused, as our day would be wasted. We went ahead with what ever activities we planned to have. Rest of the things were smooth.

I would highly recommend all the enthusiasts to have a clear cut written communication from the resort before making a choice. Dont get carried away by the vague quotations they provide and word of mouth promises.

It would appear harsh on my end to specifically mention the name, but the way she handled the concern of the customer was so cheap, i had to write this feedback. This is my 1st feedback so far, only to express the anguish n disappiontment faced because of the reception.
