Another of the highly hyped places - most Hyderabadis who talk of Paradise as some kind of Mecca, in my opinion, are not thinking for themselves (the scourge of mankind) but trying to blend / look "in" / look like they know Hyderabad or are truly Hyderabadi.
The veg and egg biryanis at Paradise suck. (I find the veg biryani at Zam Zam Zafe at Secunderabad, right opposite the Paradise there, much better.)
The service is bad. Forget wearing smiles on their faces, the staff at the cash counters here can actually be, and mostly are, snappy and no-nonsense. That is an attitude that makes it hard for you to ask for any clarifications or seek any favours for your food.
The parking outside is a nightmare. They do not have their own parking, and have commandeered the public road outside. That results in traffic issues in that road at all peak dinner hours.
The one good thing about Paradise is the portion sizes - usually quite large. I suspect that is the main reason that there is demand here. And, of course, all the hype created by all the people who do not think for themselves.
P. S. Be prepared to stand in queues on weekends.
Pros: Portion sizes
Cons: Service
