I was served stale food and when I asked for complaint register they told me we dont maintain it. When I asked for the floor manager they told me that he doesnot stay till this time . How strange it is the restaurant is open but no manager there.

Parivaar hotels ECIL take away food is so bad.

We ordered food on 6th jan, 2017 against bill no 24 for amount Rs 514/-.

Food is tasteless and stale.

We approached the management. They bluntly said that how they prepare the food. ' take it if you like' or leave the place !

This is the approach of the hotel.

One senior person ( I learnt he is Sreenivas rao ), bluntly admited that 'we donot care for customer, take it if you like or forget it.

Customer relation is so bad.

Useless hotel. We visited on 20.5.2018, vide bill no. 388. Absolutely horrible quality. Decided never to visit. Our feedback instantly to the staff, is not solicited. Intend writing to their top management, but no email id. My rating is "0" for this hotel.
