Well actually some random day, I started dreaming of working in a Call Center while in university, to earn some extra money.
Hence, started my lookout for a Call center training institute and then I found Pinnacle. Very friendly atmosphere to learn I must say. The instructor is such a nice woman with a very nice tone and manner and she is totally dedicated to all her students. It did benefit me with my shyness and lack of confidence. It must have developed a lot lately as everything does. My story is of 2006!

P.S: I didn't work in a Call Center btw! I am an IT, I don't need to!
And when you're bored or feel like munching on something, don't miss out the AWESOME pani puri place which is very close by. Just in the next building, below the NIIT. ;)
