Their response for servicing a defective item shipped is ridiculous. once item shipped to my house i called them to inform about it. they mentioned their person will come and fix it the next day. they never get back to me for a week almost. when i call them back, they said their painting boy is new and we have to go to their shop to pick him. irresponsible. i wont recommend these guys at all.
Complete cheats. Buy only the displayed items if you must. If you order a furniture after seeing their catalogue, they will deliver an inferior quality material claiming that to be the one you had ordered. The owner is completely untrustworthy and changes his statements often. When we complained about the inferior materail after complete payment, he started claiming that we hadnt paid him at all. Was a complete nightmare dealing with them
