Big Bazaar must have the worst customer service ever. None of the staff has any idea on what is kept where. It is even very difficult to make them understand what you need as many of them dont even understand basic Hindi or English.

The Billing is really slow. It takes almost 30 mins to get your billing done.

Very Very lousy store..keep away.

Pros: Everything under one roof
Cons: Unprofessional untrained staff
