His little partner in crime is his scooter, and his raison d'être, bread and butter. With a wife and a son to feed, he doesn't need any other, too. And surprisingly, he doesn't feign any other.

From 5:30 in the morning he makes the rounds, patiently, perseveringly. He teaches the children and the grandchildren of almost all the biggies in town. And yet, that nose has not reached sky high; and yet, that voice still quivers to talk to you.

But he has come to this stage after years of study in various places like the Government Music And Dance College (veena for 6 years), Andhra University (veena for 2 years), Maharashtra Mandali (vocals for 3 years) and Teacher's Training In Music (veena for 1 year).

He has also taught as a music teacher in numerous schools like the Rishi Valley School in Horseley Hills, Bharathi Vidya Bhavan, Pulla Reddy High School and Pranava High School. And with great success, too; for his students have come first twice in state-level music competitions.

But this musician seems to instinctively be a lone wolf. He prefers working alone and at his own convenience. In spite of his oddities, he is a favorite in the city, because of the variety of music he can teach when compared to other music teachers. He is proficient in Carnatic classical music, Hindustani classical music, semi-classical music, light music and folk music. Hence, his music becomes nectar for all kinds of bees.

From people who age 4 to people who age 60, they are all his pupils. From doctors to lawyers to police officers to surgeons, they all bask in his light. And the most appealing thing is that he comes to you. All you need is the inclination towards music. Ideal occasions to sneak a look at his capabilities are his numerous performances in temples and functions.
