The fortune meadows serves the purpose of good open plot but not as a very good gated community. Water is the most important facility which is lacking in this community. Recently I tried to purchase a plot for which the popular private bank itself refused financing citing so many reasons of unworthiness.
So far no body started venturing into construction from 2004 to 2014. It serves the purpose of open plot.
