Recently I watched seema tapakai here. This theater reminded me of aamir khan's statement during the multiplex fiasco. ''People will come to single screen theaters if they have good toilets", he said.
It got a huge screen, nice crew (ticket collector , parking ticket seller, ticket seller are single person), good audio (though the theater claims DTS, I've never heard any surround sound. He might put off as we only 20 people all turned up for the show. Not sure if if's for the family audience as it is located in the Mass area, surrounded mass people around who would drink liquor before the shows and come. It needed renovation badly as there are only few theaters near the area. hope Mayuri group acquires it..
