I booked a flat in Aliens Space station in Station 4 in Nov-Dec 2010. They informed me then that it should be finished in 2011, then later said 2012.. now they donot have any date for even starting station4.
I heard you did a good move of arresting the MD. Please let us know how we can make our case heard to you.

My daughter Preeti Pallepati purchased Flat no-469, booked on 10.1.2008 from M/S Aliens Developers Ltd, Madhapur-Hyderabad. Availed Housing loan for the same from SBI.This real estate company headed by Hari Challa are big cheats For last Seven years this real estate company has neither completed the project, taken the money from us, nor registering the flat in my daughters name. They are totally criminal people and are resorting to all cheap tactics, have put up bouncers to throw out the flat buyers and have totally spoiled the image of real estate in Hyderabad and have cheated hundreds of their flat buyers. I(Nirbhaya Kumar Shah) and my son(Abhishek Kumar) have booked flat no.601 in station#1 Vide A9/SS/959 dated 23/06/2009 and flat no.420 in station#4 Vide A9/SS/918 dated 23/05/2009 in Aliens space station#1,Tellapur, Hyderabad in 2009 and paid Rs.1851713/- and Rs.1587500/- respectively through SBI,Hyderabad bank loan A/C No.30878114755 & Saving bank A/C No.20020305090(Nirbhaya Kumar Shah) and SBI,Hyderabad bank loan A/C No.31038291213 & Saving bank A/C No.20031656309(Abhishek Kumar) respectively in the year of 2009, which is a 50% cost of flat, with a commitment by Aliens to hand over flats in Three years as per “Agreement of Sale” i.e. in the year 2012.But Aliens could not deliver the flats till now.
Therefore M/S Aliens is noticed and intimated either to refund our principal amount with 24% interest from the date of our payment to Aliens as per AOS signed by M/S Aliens (which works out to be Rs.42,58,923/-+Rs.34,92,500/- = Rs.7751423/-) or hand over alternate ready flat available at other station#14 at the same rate with delay compensation as agreed in AOS to us at the earliest otherwise action as deemed fit will be initiated against M/S Aliens Developers Private Limited.
We have paid entire loan amount to State bank of India.
We will return AOS to M/S Aliens after getting entire principal amount with interest from the date of our payment to Aliens as per AOS signed by M/S Aliens in our saving bank account which is mentioned above or after getting hand over of alternate ready flat available at other station#14 at the same rate with delay compensation as agreed in AOS.

Manoj Patra23 January 2015 at 00:44 In 7 year's time, it seems that a few units (20 out of 2000+ which is less than 1%) is completed and handed over. The station touted to be in most advanced state has 200 units which is less than 10% of the project. The Aliens group is a completely fraud groud and this project is a trap. They trap customers and then either force them to pay a huge amount as escalation (and accept a lifetime of trepidation and extorntion in terms of higher amount towards maintenenace) or often, force them out of the project to buy a dubious open plot or a brokered house elsehwere. All in all it is mostly like an abysmal tarpit. Nobody in same mind should venture into this project at all. About 300 customers are struggling in courts to get out of the Aliens clutches and about 300 more are praing to the Almight for some progress since many years. Needless to say the goons who run the Aliens Mgmt conveniently erase all review that highlights the truth. There are paid worked to write fake appreciation for the project. Aliens has been building Space station 1 in Tellapur since 2007 and still not even 10% project is completed after 7 years. So think 1000 times and talk to the people who are suffering. You may visit to the site but don't beleive on what these fraudsters say otherwise you yourself will be to blamed for falling into this trap. Its not about 100 or 1000 rupees but lacks of ruppes you are going to invest so do proper investigation and talk to all the Banks and ask why they are not issuing loan or disbursing amont for the sanctioned loan previously and try to get the numbers of other owners from Aliens(I"m sure they won't give) and talk to them.
The fact is they have diverted the money collected for this project to gain some benefit and now stopped the project and seeking extra money on top of "Agreement of sale", from the existing owners. This extra money amonts to around 30% of the flat cost. Without paying this they are not going to handower the flat. This is total blackmailing. Moreover, if you want to cancel the flat, both your flat and money will be gone as they dont' return money and on many occasions when they were forced to issue cheques, they all bounced and people had no other option than to go to consumer court. There are many consumer cases are running in hyderabad. You can search for this on internet and talk to the people directly.
So, please don't fall into this trap without proper investigation and don't beleive on what they say as its their strategy to take money from new owners at higher per sqft price and resale the same flat(Yes, this is true they resale the same flat mutiple times) and when the original owner gets to know he can goes to consumer court but that is a pain as the case will run for years and for that time they can enjoy both the original owner's and the new owner's amount. A HYDERABAD: In what could well turn out to be one of Hyderabad's biggest real estate scams, 65 customers of Tellapur-based Aliens Space Station-I project have collectively lodged a police complaint accusing the developer, Aliens Group, of cheating and criminal intimidation. The total worth of the scam, they allege, is more than Rs 300 crore that the company has swindled from over 390 buyers.
Ramachandrapuram police have registered an FIR (No: 14/2015) against the three accused—Hari Challa, Venkat Prasanna Challa and CVR Choudary, who comprise the senior management of the realty firm—under Sections 420 (cheating) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC.
"They are refusing to hand over constructed flats to the owners and instead, asking for extra money than agreed as per sale agreements. In fact, I came to know that a single flat is being sold to multiple customers," stated the police complaint, registered in the name of Manmohan Singh Chane & 64 other buyers.
One such victim is Prashanth V, who bought a property in the much-publicised venture for Rs 36.98 lakh in 2010. "I subsequently registered the apartment in 2012. But in 2013, to my utter surprise, I found out that the developers had sold the same unit to another customer for Rs 63 lakh (approx)," the aggrieved buyer said.
Prashanth's worst fears, however, came true when police refused to cooperate and closed his FIR (lodged in March 2014) terming it 'false'. "They conveniently changed the floor of my apartment to prove that my complaint wasn't authentic," he rued.
Another buyer Ramesh Visunagari has now been asked to cough up an additional Rs 40 lakh by the developer for a flat that he bought for Rs 37.70 lakh (as per the sale deed) in 2010. In his case too, the same house has been sold to another buyer, Ashok Boddeda, for over Rs 54 lakh in 2013. An FIR in this case is still pending with police. Related documents are in possession of TOI.
"There are dozens of such cases wherein the matter is either pending with police or state/national consumer forum," Visunagari lamented. Burdened with EMIs but no homes, these buyers, mostly IT professionals and NRIs, are running from pillar to post to either get their hard-earned deposits back or get possession of their houses.
"I have been left so financially drained that my family and I are now forced to live with my in-laws. I do not even have the money to rent a place of my own," said Sanjay B, while accusing Aliens Group of cheating him of Rs 30 lakh. "Though I tried to meet the management on several occasions to discuss the matter, I failed. They have bouncers employed outside their office, who do not think twice before manhandling customers," the buyer said.
Apart from approaching the police, customers have also intimated the matter to the home ministry after a group of them met Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy and submitted a representation earlier this week. Speaking to TOI, Reddy said that he would do everything to bring the accused to book. "We will continue to build pressure on the police to investigate the matter in all fairness," the minister said.
Despite repeated attempts Hari Challa could not be reached for a comment.

I was not sure if the Developers will complete all towers on time and budget. I felt really bad when a customer came to check on the status of their flat and there was no one at Alien Nation to give her an update. She was so stressed out with the loan they have taken to pay for the flat, paying interest without taking the delivery. I was planning to buy 3 flats, but thank god i backed out. They are already selling flats at a steeper price but still asking for more. Look how greedy they became.
