We were provided dedicated server which crashed on 2 occasions and we lost valuable data and the downtime had a serious impact on our business.... We bought some licenses which again weren't considered genuine by Microsoft.... Our website is hosted in their server and its one of the slowest websites ever... after all these issues (for which no resolution was offered - rather they kept asking for more money) when we asked for a refund none of them are even picking up our phone calls including their managing director... they just don't understand what service means and neither are they fit to offer any form of IT support... They are a cheat, dont even think about taking any service from them (even if its free)... BEWARE!!!
