This is the worst company with the worst service i have ever seen in my life..That too for laptops they dont have competent engineers...simply they will play with the customers laptop,diss assemble it and will give it back with fatal problems . For this you need to spend more money to get it solved at some other place. Also they dont give a proper solution to the problem for which you went there...I went for one of my problems and they gave my laptop back with a problem added to it..For this junk work they charge a service charge of 300 bucks also...They will not accept the mistake and rectify it...So i suggest do not go for any of the services to redington. Any problems with laptops u can go to CTC,Secunderabad where u can find good service and they do it instantly also. One service center called Swetha service center is very good in it.
