Kindly refer job card no.JC12005296,DATED.25.09.2012, vehicle no.AP29BM5067 Ritz-vdi, gave for change in iols,filters,wheel alignment,balancing etc as suggested. But this time,than earlier the vehicle drive is not at all satisfied, Air pressure in all the four tyres are very high ranging from 40 to 50 gauge, vehicle is not having any balancing, vehicle has not at all cleaned properly, in your show room vehicle cleaning is always a problem and always not doing properly and dust is as and where as it is. Below the stepney type their was very wet and not dried because of such, it has got rusted uderneath the stepney, you can refer. further it is advised your people to get the tyre replacement as the it got damaged and getting the tyre punctured always because of default from the co. And your show room has charged unwanted prices they have charged. Hence in this regard I request you to kindly do the needful and oblige.
