Rummy Sharma has over 25 years of hands-on sales and marketing experience with MNCs and 16 years of training expertise.

His last assignment was that of vice president marketing with an American software training company. He has an International Certification in Training Skills from City & Guilds, London.

He was an external evaluator for them as well as for Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA and for PI Media, Holland for Workplace Big Five and the Reflector Instruments.

He received training from John C. Maxwell in leadership and from ITAP, USA in interpersonal skills.

He has trained over 23,000 people from 5 year old kids to CEOs of corporations in over 24 cities in India.

He is a key note speaker and a prolific writer with over 150 articles published in six Indian languages.

He also wrote five books till date. He appeared on Zee TV, Aaj Tak TV, NDTV, Star Plus, Sahara One, ETV, Gemini TV, ZEE Telugu, Maa, and TV9 beside local channels in many cities.
