worst staff ever. no value to customer. not even ready to show the products. waste branch,worst than secunderabad railway station shops . somajiguda branch is better than this.

I had purchased Aerofit treadmill for my domestic purpose, i had used it daily for 30min for 1 year. i never used it above 30min any day. in my home i am the only person used to work with this treadmill. Suddenly after 15months treadmill gave problem. i had observed some smell is coming from the equipment. i called the customer service center of SACHDEV. After 3 days, 2 engineers came form the service center. One engineer without checking the equipment properly, he told motor is gone, for this replacement is required. After that he took the motor and one PCB board with them, after 5 days they called me and told this motor is not useful you need to purchase new motor and they made a total bill of 7000/-. On phone the engineer told, for the new motor they will give only 6 months warranty.
My sincere advice is DON'T PURCHASE ANY AEROFIT PRODUCT, these are ALL WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS. there are no other service providers for this product. TOTAL CHEATING only

To the person who got stuck with a broken bat, I do feel your pain, but honestly, how are you going to prove to them that the bat was already damaged when you bought it? "Buyer beware" is one rule that we have been taught since childhood and have learnt to live with. My parents taught me to thoroughly inspect every item you buy, and find out the exchange policy if one exists. You lose all your rights the moment you step out of the store. In fact, forget about a broken bat, try returning a perfectly good one, and I am sure you will get the same answer. I think it's unfair to find fault with that one store, when that's the way all Indian businesses roll.
I have bought a bat from Sachdev Sports recently... I haven't observed the bat and gave it for knocking there itself... Not sure when the bat was broken but finally I have bought the broken bat home... The very next day when I went to Sachdev Sports he said that it is broken in your hands and could not replace the same.. I do know that its our mistake taking the bat without checking but how such a branded company keep fault products and doesn't replace with in a day gap.... really foolish and stupid... I never suggest to go here..!!!!
