i have never been company like this ,so much of politics ,cross talks & the abusive language from the CEO ,that's pethetic & language is..... abusing indians ,saying bloody indian ....& F's & B's ....its better join somwhere else were in respect & work culture is around u,dont try to join its HELL........

Wanna screw up your career? Wanna put your career in jeopardy? Its very very simple - join Sai People Solutions Pvt Ltd. You will be abused for being an Indian, and if you are lady you will definitely get to hear those ugly words in the CEO's conferences, you will be made to submit your certificates and sign a bond, you will not be allowed to quit, you will be made to make rounds of managers for your own certificates. Do you think you can get out of it so easily? Do you think there is a better hell than Sai People? Never ever can you find one in your lifetime other than this one. Bet you!!! But one thing is there, if you are a distant relative or can behave like a ghulam or if what matters to you is just money then this is just the right place for you. Parallely, you can dupe this management very easily. You can use this as a bus stop and jump as soon as you get a good job elsewhere!!! You will be one of the fools if you join Sai People

It's a shit company. Not doing good in the market at all. If you join the company then u'll regret for sure. Think thrice before joining it. My sincere advice for all of you is not to join the company. Not worth at all especially for those who wants a good career growth. Middle level and Top level management is worse there. They'll screw u up even if its not your fault. If you join still then God save you.
