Silk Route is a unique store that sells only fabric. Jute is their specialty, although they stock cotton and silk as well. Quality seems assured, although the prices may prove a bit prohibitive at Rs. 95 per meter of than cloth. Rs. 250 are taken as stitching charges, should you be foolish enough to ask them to wield the needle when a tailor down the street will do it for less than half the price.
