Going by the dictum that no home qualifies as furnished unless it has a bona fide carpet, Skipper has added a small collection of both wool and silk carpets to its booty. Depending upon the size and the quality of the thread, you can get carpets priced at Rs. 10,900 and above.

At Skippers you can also get your curtains stitched - with pleats at Rs. 110, and with loops at Rs. 175 per length. After days of heckling yourself about the just-right color or the just-right material for your abode, you can feel light-headed once you arrive at Skipper; there is, however, the side-effect of getting light-pocketed involved.
