At once, Pay master, failed to retain all bigger salaried employees who were technically very very strong. Small Company.

Pros: strong technology challenges, lots of resposibilities, resource transparancy, lots of scope to learn, very friendly people & HR, flexible timings
Cons: Small Company, No work life balance, No onsite at all, office location, multiple roles, creepy deadlines without proper project planning, no technical feasibility till last day of delivery, failed to retain most of talented people, very volatile for econo
