Rude staff- Gachibowli. U have placed your center in an IT area and it is supposed to be customer friendly. I was carrying my bag and helmet. I requested the lady and security to place either of the two as I cant carry both the things and do shopping as I have some pain in my shoulder and they were so rude and even after repeated request they did not accept to keep.I am not visiting the mall during season sale or somthing right ?? Mall is completly free and you have lot space to keep things.The security was so arrogant as though i was taking to some rude road side vendor - no actually even road side vendor as polite.The service should be at the level of customer comfort.Decided not to shop in my life again with South India!!Please maintain dignity at the level of Reliance mart and Max which are in the same lane.
