Dear Sir/Madam
Subject: Missed one of the four products while packing by your executives.
This is to inform you that one of the four products we purchased yesterday was missed while packing our products.
We shopped for 4 products on 03/03/2017 with invoice number SAT/0127922 Date : 03-Mar-18 Time: 08:37:44PM. The product with below details was not packed:
MIX N MATCH - H2732094 – Rs. 595/- HSNCode: 6204
We came to know this at around 11.45PM after reaching home. Called up the showroom immediately but there wasn’t any response. It was very disappointing after knowing that one of our product was missed by your executives while packing it.
We therefore would like to request you to look into the matter immediately and arrange us the missed product as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly contact us on our phone number provided (ph 9177636535) regarding the same. In the absence of which we will be left with no option but to take this matter to the consumer court for the missing product as well as for the mental agony caused.
Expecting speedy action and arranging us the missed product.
