I want to complaint against Sri sai Diagnostic center, Chandanagar, Telangana State. I am a regular customer for thyroid check up since 2014. But this time it is ridiculous with the lady working in the reception table.
On 17-01-2017 when i wen to get check up, I asked thyroid test, she told Rs.400/-, I gave 500/-, she returned me 100/- I immediately asked for a receipt she did not give and said not required and said to wait, nearly after 20 min passed as she was not responding, I asked then she told to one person there who came from x-ray room, i asked now the receipt she gave me and done the test. Today that is on 24-01-2017 when I went to take the report she, said I DID NOT PAY THE AMOUNT. I told i gave but arguing with such illiterate is waste. I want to complaint against this lady and the diagnostic center who work in such a way. This is the first time In my 12 years of professional career some said like this to me. Guide me in complaint to the higest level
