Sir: I am senior citizen aged 70 years, cardiac and diabetic patient and suffering from severe numbness down my waist to the sole of my feet if I stand more than 10 minutes at the counter. On 5 September 2018 at 2:30 AN, I approached the first counter to update my passbook and explained my health condition. First she curtly ordered "come in the Q. But when I pleaded, she grabbed by passbook and flicked on her desk and again said go and wait. When I again pleaded with her that I had to rush to Apollo hospital Jubilee Hill, she bluntly ignored my pleading. Management should address this uncouth and immature behavior with no consideration for elderly heart patient and put her in a place where there is no public dealing and replace her with alternative staff and send her for some training on public relations. This will augur well with a prestigious Nationalized Bank. Thanking you.
