Honourable Swamiji,
With due respect and humble submission, we wish to inform you that, we are a 23 years old duly registered, Income Tax exempted, FCRA registered NGO working tirelessly for the service of humanity in different ways in our region. We have been celebrating State and National days, events and festivals on various occasions in our region. Also we are observing Birthdays of various national leaders, scholars and other great persons for sake of community.
In line with our objectives, we are planning to celebrate 2 days Youth Festival on occasion of National Youth Day (birthday of Swami Vivekananda) to awaken youth to lead themselves and the nation in a constructive way as per the teachings of great visionary Swamy Vivekananda.
To fulfil our dreams of inspiring the thousands of youth, we need your support to make this festival a grand success. Therefore we are enclosing herewith a Summary of Project proposal for celebration of 2 days Swami Vivekananda Youth Festival (on 12-13th January, 2012).
